This boutique firm is relatively small, but has an enormous breadth of expertise. The company specializes in property management and leasing, as well as brokerage and development. In addition, the his partners are avid investors in the Bay Area /Sacramento real estate market.

Mike is a second generation Broker who was raised in Real Estate family in Salt Lake City, Utah. A bay area residence since the late 1970's where he work in the restaurant business and went to junior college in Monterey California. He worked as an appraiser for Bank of America and has spent most of his career working in real estate. He moved to San Jose in the 1980's where he attended San Jose State University where he received a B.A in Economics. His experience includes: sales, financing, leasing and property management. A true entrepreneur, he started his real estate appraisal company, Golden Gate Appraisals and worked in Sales at Coldwell Banker in Los Gatos and Sunnyvale while attending San Jose State University.
While in real estate Mike became an expert in the Bay Area rental market and grew to understand the vital relationship between property owners and residents. He began to invest in real estate himself and help management the properties he sold to his client.
He decided to open Land Park Realty and Cal Property Management to offer a much-needed class of service to the industry. His clients include both property owners who had built a strong relationship with Mike's during is days at Coldwell Banker and Re-Max , as well as property owners who were referred or had heard of Mike's strategy for managing real estate. It has always been his hope that he will develop a preferred brand in property management that both residents , lessor's and property owners will appreciate.
